(ANSA) - ATHENS, 05 NOV - The Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos
Mitsotakis announced a three-week nationwide lockdown for Greece
on Thursday, the Greek daily Kathimerini reports. The lockdown
was decided as an effort to stop an "aggressive" jump in
infections and the rise in intensive care admissions.
The lockdown will be the second since the start of the pandemic and will go into effect on Saturday morning, Kathimerini informed. (ANSA).
