Migrants: Council of Europe mission in Bosnia camps
Special Representative in the country from 24 to 30 January

(ANSA) - STRASBOURG, 20 GEN - The Special Representative on
Migration and Refugees of Council of Europe Secretary-General,
Drahoslav Stefanek, will be in Bosnia-Herzegovina from 24 to
January 30 to assess the migration crisis in the country,
particularly in the Bihac area.
Stefanek wants to visit the Miral reception centers in Velika Kladusa, Sedra, and Borici in Bihac, the Lipa emergency camp in the canton of Una-Sana, and the temporary reception center of Usivak. The special representative also intends to meet local, regional and national authorities and representatives of NGOs and international organizations active in Bihac and Sarajevo.
