The government will help people with
soaring heating bills starting in October when they start using
their home heating more, Economy Minister Giancarlo Giorgetti
said Thursday.
"A measure that will start from October 1, the start of the
thermal year, is being studied: a contribution to compensate
people for their heating costs which will be issued to families
via their eletricity bills", he told the Senate at question
time.
