Italy manager Roberto Mancini on
Monday visited the Italian pavilion at Expo Dubai 2020 telling
ANSA it was "bellissimo" and a fit representation of the
country.
Accompanied by Commissioner Paolo Glisenti, Mancio and his wife
inspected all the various installations including he 3-D replica
of Michelangelo's David.
He took selfies with the staff and handed out autographs, with
the employees and visitors visibly thrilled by the Marche
tactician's visit.
"It's beautiful, it represents Italy perfectly," the former
Inter and Man City boss told ANSA.
He declined to offer a prediction of Italy's chances of getting
past North Macedonia and then possibly Portugal to the 2020
World Cup in Qatar.
