ECHR, removal Polish judges against right to access to court
Judgement in the case of Broda and Bojara v. Poland

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, JUN 29 - The European Court of Human
Rights (ECHR) has issued a judgment in the case of Broda and
Bojara v. Poland. According to the Court, there has been a
violation of Article 6, the right of access to a court, of the
European Convention on Human Rights, the ECHR said.
The case concerned the applicants' complaint that they did not have any remedy allowing them to challenge the decisions of the Minister of Justice to put a premature end to their term of office as vice-presidents of the Kielce Regional Court, the ECHR informed. (ANSA).
