Covid: Merkel, 'dire situation'
We cannot leave doctors and nurses alone; they need support

(ANSA) - BERLIN, 16 APR - "Unfortunately, we have to say
again: the situation is serious, which means dire, indeed."
Angela Merkel in Parliament said in parliament, presenting the
modification of the law on the pandemic which provides for the
introduction at the federal level of the "emergency brake".
Merkel underlined, "all data related to intensive care beds occupied say so". "We cannot leave doctors and health assistants alone. They cannot win this battle alone. They need the support of the state, politics, society, citizens, all of us". (ANSA).
