Last step of the infringement procedure against Germany

(ANSA) - BERLIN, 18 FEB - The European Commission has decided
to refer Germany to the European Court of Justice for violating
the European law on the conservation and protection of natural
habitats. That's the last step in an infringement procedure
opened in 2015.
Germany has not yet designated a "significant number of areas as Special Protection Areas," Brussels announced. (ANSA).
