A young boy climbed over security
barriers and ran to Pope Francis during Wednesday's weekly
general audience in the Vatican.
Francis asked the acting head of the Prefecture of the
Pontifical Household, Msgr Leonardo Sapienza, who was sitting
beside him on the dais, to give his chair to the child.
"This boy had the freedom to come closer and move as if he were
in his own home", said the pope.
"I thank this child for this lesson.
"Children do not have an automatic translator from the heart to
life, children go forward".
